My guess would be the one filled to the brim with T2 rig BPCs and a complete T3 BPC makes a pretty decent candidate. Another was more or less a full officer fit for a shield tanked missile boat.

There was no badger worth 30bil, but the best possible combination of prizes was worth over 40bil, 1st place... which you got, 5x Multiplier... You got a x4 I believe (Thanks to Nok420), and then a combination of the better bonus prizes.
