Not sure where to put this, so here goes.
I have tried several times to use scanner probes to locate lost Mobile Medium Warp Disruptors with no luck at all.
I have used ship scanners to locate one withing 1/2au of a planet, but when I launch the probes they will not locate them.
And yes, I do have the scanner set to see them.
Is this a bug, or is it just not possible to locate the Mobile Warp Disruptors?
Would appreciate any constructive help please.

Scan for unknowns. You'll find the wormhole entrance/exit and all will be well.

Not looking for the exit, looking for the Mobile Warp Disruptors.

There is no objects that I can warp back and forth to either to set bm's to get closer.

Welp that's usually where they poop em out.
Anyhoo, don't think you can use probes to scan them, unless they fall under structures using combat probes.

Well, guess I am gonna have to live with them cluttering up my scanners.
Been trying for several days to find them and get rid of them.
Also, some are mine and I want them back. LOL, forgot to bm them.

very few things that are on the list of things to filter for actually work. About the only things you can filter for and actually find are anomolies, sigs, ships, structures (only pos ones as far as I can tell) and drones.
Most of the other filters are broken/not implemented, despite being in the list of things to filter for. I tried for hours to find an offline TCU in a system, but despite getting within 50,000km on directional scanner, probes of any kind (combat, deep space) could not detect it at all.
