Free bump here, nice gunnery skills, but the medium turret skills aren't able to be taken advantage of since you don't fly anything higher than a frigate with any proficiency. Also, your electronics and mechanic support skills are somewhat lacking.

Thanks for the friendly bump.
The character is a bit lacking in piloting skills; however, there are a number of level 5 skills.
-Leadership
-Engineering, Energy Systems Operation, Energy Management
-Mechanic
-Navigation
-Electronics
-Spaceship Command
-Gunnery, Small Projectile Turrets, Weapon Upgrades.
I have been systematically training up skills; and had not quite gotten to those yet. Figured they were low priority; as the others were more essential to piloting in general. The benefit here, is that any Faction vessel may be chosen; though obviously, skills would indicate Minmatar, and Gallente Factions, would be the quickest to train.
By end of auction in fact, I should have a reasonable amount more trained; in both the Mechanic, and Electronics skill groups. Not much change to piloting, however; with the exception, that I may throw in Gallente and Minmatar Cruisers, before I move on to Electronics.

Character is still up for auction.
Current confirmed bidding is set at 700M, with an unconfirmed bid of near 1 billion in game; and an additional unconfirmed bid of 700M, with a limit of 1 billion, placed in game.
Valid bidding will begin at 700M; with increases in increments of +50M. Other offers, will be considered unconfirmed buyout offers, for now, until confirmed as legitimate bids or buyout offers.
Buyout offers will be accepted from now; until end of auction.
