ok a friend of mine is in a dilema , an R&D agent has just asked for 2 units of plutonium . how the heck do you get that to the agent without it getting consficated on route or worse .
Im at a loss to this one so any help would be appreciated .

what about avoid all high sec systems or use a covert ops ship with cloak?

You could use insta BM's, but I fear the customs officers or concord may petition CCP claiming your using an exploit and have you banned or insta's removed

Dunno about the cloak thing, but I have a similar situation, and there is NO route from supply to destination that avoids high sec systems.
May I ask...is Plutonium contraband in the R&D agent's station itself? I had a large stock of it in some R&D agent stations, but I can't sell it to anyone, because it's contraband...I'd put it on Escrow but I either have to put ALL of it on one load (most people only want 10-12 units), or pay 850 each time for the Escrow and set them all up manually. Not much fun.
If CCP don't fix this sometime soon, I may park an alt in each R&D agent's station. Then you can contact me in game if I'm on, and I'll log out with the main and trade the contraband with you directly in station from my alt.
