Many have wondered what business I would get into next and here you have it.
Found some w-space you want which is currently inhabited? Have a pesky corporation hiding away in the unknown? Looking for a system to call home? I am your answer.
Acting as 3rd party I will personally facilitate all transfers of ownership for the w-space system of interest. I will also 3rd party broker any w-space system on request. Guidelines are outlined below.
1.W-Space Systems
If you are looking for a w-space system with a certain bonuses and/or static connections please mail me with what you are looking for. Should the system already be claimed please look below for applicable fees. A 50m non-refundable fee is required for your required system to be placed in our database. Once your wormhole has been located you will be informed if the wormhole is currently inhabited. If you wish to have the current resident removed additional fees will apply. Should you wish for us to keep looking for you we will do so until suitable w-space is located.
2.Resident Removal
Due to the logistics involved with destroying w-space towers my fees may seem a bit high. Keep in mind all things are negotiable. All fees for resident removal are required to be paid up front and are outlined below. All modules or loot drops upon PoS destruction become property of the alliance who destroys the tower.

3.3rd Party w-space Transfers
Any client who wishes to hire me to secure their w-space system as 3rd party will agree to the following terms. Once hired a pilot will enter system to verify class, bonus if any, and static connections. Wormholes must be collapsed to verify static connections. Client and myself are in a confidentiality agreement during duration of the sale and I agree to not release any information on the w-space to any other client. Fee for each transfer is 150m flat non negotiable.
4.Capital Ship Construction
Should any client wish to have capitals constructed in any w-space please contact me. Required materials will be flown in and construction started for any client. Fees for ships vary and are negotiable. Price is paid up front. Carriers, Dreads, Orcas, and Rorquals are available.

Is there a set fee should the system requested come up, but not be inhabited? Or is that the 50 mil flat fee or on case to case basis? Are they all handled on first come first serve basis?
Also, what kind of timeframe can we expect on the resident removal? Will there be any form of guarantee or running security once the tower is gone to remove probers and logged out pilots and such?

The 50m fee keeps you in our database until your settled in the w-space you desire. If it is inhabited and you do not want to pay for inhabitant removed we will keep looking for you. Pending no other operations inhabitants can be removed within 48 hours of locating your w-space. Security will be provided while you anchor and online your tower. Once your PoS shield is up Security will exit the area. We recommend anchoring your PoS at the same moon they had theirs and onlining your guns. This way anyone who logs on late gets destroyed by the tower. We will ensure the area is purged of anyone we can find who does not belong to our client. We are also aways available to defend your PoS.
W-space is offered on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you put in a order the sooner we can fill it.

So.. can you be contracted to remove the people you just put in a WH system by removing the previous owners?
Basically will you go against your own clients?

No. Once a w-space system is claimed the J# is added to the database. No contract will be accepeted regarding that system for a one year period. Anything else would just be bad for business. We are allowed to take defense contracts for any system we have moved people into at the clients request. As in we will defend a client's PoS if contracted to.

Awesome CLass 3 currently in stock. W-space is currently being probed and secured by me. Will add information as we go. At the 1b asking price I don't expect it to last very long.

Database has been updated. Currently have 9 clients with a few interested in w-space removal service one the required w-space is found. Glad to see things are getting off to a good start. Will be posting a Q & A which should answer a few of the questions which have been sent to me via EvE-Mail.

Small PoS was just destroyed and one more client has a home. If you looking for some real estate best bet is to mail or post here and i'll get back to you as soon as I can. PoS contracts are taking priority through the weekend.

I have just used this service to find a new WH home. From request to moving in took just a few days, and the system was cleared of it's current inhabitants.
Very smooth transaction - everything was dealt with very professionally.

We don't really have an interest in buying w-sapce systems for clients. Its easier to clean w-space systems out and get paid for it tbh. If your interested in selling a w-space system usign me as 3rd party I can do that for ya.

Currently have 21 clients with two w-space sales and 1 PoS removal completed. Keep in mind while its easy to find the w-space you desire most of the time its already occupied. We will keep looking for those who are currently in the database, but should you wish to elect for inhabitant removal it will speed up the process significantly.
