When I run EvE it allows me to connect to the Test and Dev servers, but when I try to connect to TQ I get the message;
'Unable to connect to 157.157.139.10 on port 26000'
Checking my firewall the port is open, and EvE has rights to access the interner (shown by connections to the other servers)
Well i'm at a dead end.

Most probably Tranquility is offline then.
Maybe they've taken it down to do quick repairs?

My other corp members have been playing on TQ while I havent been able to, apparently.

Can't connect to TQ either. Been happening since downtime!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can connect to test server.

maybe a coincidence, but i just upgraded XP with service pk 2.
Now eve lets me log in

I have Sp2 allready, I also downloaded the client again (instaid of just the patch) and the same things happening.

There is a know issue with SP2: Try running EVE in win98/me compatibility mode. Right click on your eve desktop icon, go to preferences->compatibility and set up win95/me mode

Been getting exactly the same problem myself for over a day now.
The only thing that I can think of is that a local node is down.
If anyone has any other ideas please feel free....
btw I am located in london u.k.
