The reasons I left are my own and I don't normally feed the animals here on COAD cause i don't get into the gossip ,But if you are going to drag me into it get your facts straight>> for the rest of it could care less and yes, for the record part of the reason I left was my belief that Halada was being given to much power that i didnt believe he deserved as the alliance was first started by me Tomcat and Cosmoboy (note i also paid part of the alliance creation fees and never asked for or demanded a refund) , And Tomcat gradually handed it over to Halada and lsjv. To be honest puttng up with the stress of halada's whining about his isk spent and all he did and blah blah blah, made me get up to four packs of cigarettes a day and at least 2 imitrex injects a week to deal with the migranes ... ie no game is fun when its costing ya your health so you and WI go on your merry way and leave me the hell out of it.

Try running an alliance some time before you speak of such things Anyone who has done it can tell you it gets to you, sometimes dealing with the whining and complaining and internal drama like a bad soap opera on steroids . Sometimes it feels like the sandbox is full of emo kids. I mean if you read half the stuff on here you will know its true.Everyone out to stroke their e-peens and feel better about their self. Alliance leaders not only have to deal with their corp they have to deal with all the corps under them making sure everyone is playing nicely together and diffusing situations before they get bad, and rip the whole delicate balance you have achieved apart to the point that all you can do is start over. Alliances dont grow over night and leading one is not a job for the casual gamer Personally i think that anyone that is willing to take on the job of alliance leader, and pour everything hes got into it, and can make it work for any length of time though the trials tribulations and setbacks probably deserves a lot more respect than he gets most times from the rank and file.
