Minimum bid was 4b, buy out not accepted at this time. Pilot is already able to hop in an Orca from Day 1 and is just a few days away from flying a Rorq. Perfect Miner, T2 everything nets around 60m ISK/hour mining ABCs. Still looking for offers!

Nice Char though it depends on what you mean by a perfect miner.
For me you would need to buff up
deep core mining
drone interfacing
to level 5
and heb to level 4
to have maxed out yields per cycle across the full range of ores
If I had the ISK currently I would certainly be making you a decent offer
I might be able to make enough before the auction ends

Yes this is true however there has been no SP wasted and it comes with a lot of the books for skills that while they may not be 5 save you a lot of ISK (e.g., Capital Industrial Ships) which is huge. I will continue training for her to fly Rorquals throughout this auction which will add considerably to her value as an indy main or alt.

Re-read the actual effect (bonus) the skill gives and you will figure out why almost every 'perfect' miner has the skill at 2 (since the skiff at exhumers V gives you -100% chance to gas cloud formation)
Anyone with deep core mining above 2 is wasting SP.

A good point which is also raised in Halada's mining guide, which I had not spotted previously.

Need to find out if gas clouds still form with DCM at level 2, 3, 4 when using drones on a rock and a Skiff. If so then there may be a point at which DCM still needs to be trained up so you can sit on the roid when using drones to minimize their traveling time. Usually I sit on a roid and let my drones do the eating of that rock while munching on other rocks around about.
