with a new or edited bulletin, the corp icon on side menu could flash. Some People don't even know there is a corp bulletin. If the icon flashed and the bulletin tab flashed it would help in getting info out without spamming mails.

Good idea. Too add to this, I think it would be great if the corp bulletins showed up your email as it's own folder. That way they are more likely to be seen by people.

if this gets implemented please bundle it with the option to disable blink on it (as mentioned above) as well as the option to disable blink on the evemail icon.
