I haven't had any issues on any other websites.

I was getting wrong server ip,then 26th que in line to get in. Lag spikes but my computer is running fine. Teamspeak is fine. Other online games are working perfectly no lag. So it seems to be on CCP's end not mine other programs would be affected.

My guess is that one of the Atlantic connections has developed a fault causing it to drop connections now and then.... There's nothing CCP can do about it... There's a sharp difference between accessing a website and an online MMO game. The website uses short-lived connections while the game uses one or more long-lived ones. You're far more likely to notice when a long-lived connection drops.... It is also far more likely that such a connection will be dropped if a link is overloaded. Since the southern US seems to be only place affected, that really IS the place to look for the problem....
