Hi there
Not sure what direction I should take with this toon - she is a pve/pvp'r but im not interested in capital ship warfare.
I was thinking either a blockade runner or trader, but was hoping for some ideas!

Get a Blockade Runner and use it for all those trips one tends to make. You'll soon find it hard to imagine how you ever did without one.
I've not yet read a post of anyone regretting training for one.

I have no use for the blockade runner/DST, I trained for it because I got Gall industrial 5. When I go lowsec I scout so I don't need escape gate camps and when I am in highec I don't need the extra EHP because I don't autopilot through empire. Itty V does everything the blockade runners do at a fraction of the price. And if I'm in 0.0 then I'm using a Jump Freighter.
One fun thing about them though; you can put a mean tank on them and use them as bait!! Now that is fun

I noticed a few things about your skillsheet.
1. You like to get things focused , maxed out , so maybe you could finish off the learnings or drones or something .Congrats on your fairly focused char btw.
2. With your missile skills , you would sit in the Tengu much better than the Loki.Much more DPS. T3's make excellent 0.0 rat ships .
3.Some fast mechanics skills will let you tank in any race ship very soon.Maybe a different race of ships might be fun for you .
Trading can be a full time job until you get a system down and keep the orders filled and such . Lotsa hauling and market watching .
As for the blockade runner , its an awsome choice of ships . The whole point to it is : You Don't NEED a scout . Its a solo lo-sec runner that most people wont even try to lock .
