Greetings.
As far as I understood, EvE Online players should have guaranteed access to the Dust Beta. I applied with all my accounts, haven't got one beta key on either of them.
Now my question is - working as intended? Because the idea sounded fine, don't really think a vast majority of the EvE players own a PS3 and I don't think there would've been any problems with server load.

And now the payed merc pack. You still have a chance.

Are we required to go online on the PS3 and play the game they put up in order to get into Beta now?... even if we are Eve Players?... and is anyone who plays this game to get in have priority over Eve Players? I am starting to smell EA here.

They didn't say all players of Eve will get a BETA Key, they said all players of Eve will take priority over the General Community of PS3 FPS'ers who are not Registered with Eve.
I got into the BETA, but unfortunately I'm a PC FPS Gamer, which in result ended with my getting my arse completely wooped using a Controller. lol |

I'm really glad it was awesome seeing as soon as I got my beta key I went out and bought a 3d tv, a ps3 and a hdmi cable
Think dust is going to be my new addiction, can defo see myself playing eve a bit less and dust a bit more |

If you are concerned about the merc pack, it has been stated several times by CCP that you will not lose any aurum you have bought during beta, in fact all the aurum you may have bought will be refunded to your account at launch since there is a character wipe at the end like in all betas.
Merc pack also grants you access to all beta weekends and not just special beta event days, unlike the new codes you now receive from play station home.
