Looking to buy a PVP-trained char with around 30M skill points. NO CAP SHIP TRAINING!! T2 ships and guns is a must. Focus on one race is preferable, but I'll look at a char who has done some cross-training.
Minimal wasted skill points please.

Nice char! A couple support skills could be trained up a bit, but a solid PVPer none the less, i'll definitely think on it.
