Memes aside this is one of the few hulls that is not player pilotable, so there is no answer.

The Templar joke only works when we're actually talking about fighters, or you replace the Templar with the shipname. So in order to actually be FUNNY, you'd have to say something like
"That's an Angel Ruffian, an NPC ship used by Angel Cartel"
EDIT: And then it's not funny. So stop with the meme-ing already.
