If the servers were down for 15 days I would agree to the motion for the half month money back.
Since that hasnt happened and its only been 1 day out of 30 I will offer you your 50 cents and second the motion to STFU and add a GFY clause to it.

Well, CCP could of sold us EXODUS, but they didn't (thank god)
So be grateful they are releasing it for free.
And it does work, just not very well for the time being

When you signed on to EVE or any other MMO for that matter when you pay your saying that you agree to the terms set by the providers of the game. I dont agree with half of payment.
There is a huge update here , included in the monthly payement, it makes it for any problems we might experience for 1-2 weeks.

Well if U want to pay for Expansions that are not Buged ... U dont belong in a mmorpg game... EVERY MMORPG I have played there has been bugs at the first release...
Eve's Expansions is the ONLY one's I have not payed for !! games like Shadowbane has 2 expansions thats 2*$20 ohh then there is DAOC it has 5 Expansions thats allso 5*$20 and EverQuest ... I could go on and on ..

Fact is mate, they have given us a huge free expansion, well its not even an expansion really, its a system overhaul! More than other MMORPG players get. There is always going to be problems when you are trying to get a new system to work first time for 12k players... especially when the half of the cluster that is up and rammed full becuase everyone is eeeking to get in game + the fact that hundreds of people, prob like yourself, are downloading the patch making everone else lag and timeout.
You should try Designing, coding, creating, implementing a game AND keeping it up 23/7 for 12k people... I would like to see you do a better job.
