Looking for a sub-cap Caldari char with 30-50m sp.
Required Skills:
Caldari Battleship lvl 5
Marauders lvl 4+
Torpedo Specialization lvl 4+
Cruise Missile Specialization lvl 4+
Cybernetics lvl 5
Decent shield and drone skills
Not interested in command ships and the related skills.
Cross training not desirable. Gallente over Amarr/Minmatar if unavoidable.
The fewer skill points invested in non pvp/pve the better.

Golem pilot + much more. Just a little over your budget perhaps.
25 mil sp in HURT (missiles and guns.) Cap skills. etc.

Bit above your stated price/SP range but he's an awesome Golem Pilot (Marauders 5, Caldari BS 5, Great missile skills and Torp/Cruise specs to 4) plus a great PvP character in general. Take a look anyway in case you decide to up your budget a bit. :)
