The Sisters of Eve seem to have many storyline agents in lowsec systems, or systems with other corps' storyline agents. I'd like to grind L3 SoE storyline missions (to help derived standings). Ideally the non-storyline missions would be from Sisters too (for their LP), but that is not mandatory.
Poking around on eve-agents hasn't revealed much, but maybe I'm missing something. Where do you guys like to run highsec L3 sisters missions, storyline and non-storyline?

On topic, I have not run normal SOE missions since the lvl 1-2 churn I did in Cal core (in Airakken? or something like that), and there was a SL agent in the same system.
On a helpful note, you may want to take a look at their COSMOS agents. If I remember correctly, there are a few in Min COSMOS that are roughly comparable to lvl 3 SL gains.

Yeah, but the airaken system also has an Expert Housing storyline agent. I'm worried that after 16 missions I'd get a storyline from him instead of the SOE storyline agent. I guess I also want some SOE corp standing while I grind, so I don't really wanna do COSMOS right now. Looking forward to L3 SOE.
Someday I shall found ch-ch-ch-chia corp.

SOE is its own faction, you can only have storylines from their nearest agent.
If you want no risk go to Gicodel and pay someone in local to share their lvl4 rewards.
Most people will read this thinking it's part of my post, when its actually my sig :P

I'm at work ATM but I seem to remember that when I was running SOE missions in Simela that the storyline agent was a bunch of jumps away from the normal agent. The Simela agent also gave a lot of courier mission that forced you into Lo-sec.

Facepalm. I had totally neglected that you only get storylines from the faction you're running. Thanks for pointing it out. This really makes it easier regarding which SOE agents to run!

Upon further investigation, there are only three L3 SOE agents in highsec:
Arnon, Simela, and Pochelympe.
Arnon has a SOE storyline agent 4 jumps away through highsec, but it's in a different 'region' of space (not in Essence region). Does that matter, or will those storylines still be assigned?
Can anyone find a closer L3 storyline/mission agent pair in highsec? I could not. Pochelympe, for example, is 1 jump from a lowsec SOE storyline agent and will give you storylines there.

Yes I know. Really a problem the lowsec courier is not.

Has to be the same region.
Keep in mind you can do 15 missions for your favorite agent, then move to do mission 16 with the agent (even if it is lousy) closest to the storyline agent you want.

If you run your regualr missions for SoE, you will always get an SoE storyline, so your first concern isnt an issue. Arnon is the best choice I saw when I looked into running level 3 SoE agents, but the problem with Arnon is that its the jumping off point for the level 1 Epic Arc. So its pretty packed. If you want, you can skip over level 3s and go stratight to 4s, there is a cluster of decent level 2 agents in the Forge (dont recall the exact system, starts with a V), 3 mid to high level 2 agents in adjacent systems, and a storyline agent as well. After that, I know there are a few SoE level 4 agents in HS (I was using the one in Osmon, close to Jita makes it easy to cash lp)

Getting to the L3 missions was fun. I used Gallente rep building to get to L3's and by the time I was done, I had gained access to the L4 missions from faction gains with SOE -- not corp level, faction over corp.
SOE is tied rather tightly with Gallente so what I did was spend a couple days in the startup tutorials. They are all storyline missions and raise Gallente but also raise up SOE decently. After that I turned in several of the criminal tags for COSMOS missions -- again, Gallente.
With connections at 3 and doing this, I hit an effective SOE standing of 4.83 which was enough to use the L3 mission runner out of highsec. After my first storyline for him, I'm now at over 5.4 effective standing with the faction.
It's funny, I haven't done that much work for SOE yet they are my highest faction. I have over 7 effective with a Gallente corp, I've done a bunch of storylines for them but SOE is still my top faction standing.
