Tengu's do crap damage and tend to active tank so, neut/nos BSes work well against them.

Lol if you consider 650+ DPS @ 75k or 750+ from 25k crap DMG You are smoking crack.
Also BS`s dont work that well since they are very small targets for how big there tanks are. True a Nuet BS might do well but 99% of non ratting T3`s use buffers and they have as much Buffer as your BS with more usuable dmg....Lol
