Test server
Set up 30 ships each, all fitted, choose a certain type and don't work together or call targets, but don't kill each other unless there's not many people about, and don't pick anything spider tank, you want something that's gunna die alot otherwise there's not much point.
Go into a battlefield and just start fights with everyone there, everytime you die take a shot and go get a replacement ship, repeat.

Shot of beer every minute for 100 minutes
(8.33 bears in 1 hour 40 min)
and/or
Everyone drinks on a kill
Person drinks if they didn't get on kill mail
Last to jump or anyone who ignores FC drinks
Down a whole beer if the entire fleet gets ganked

Best drinking games make you drink too much with no effort, The type that make you want to quit playing after a while.
We used to watch this movie called 'Strange Brew' about a couple Canadians trying to get free beer. We would drink whenever they said 'Aye'.
Id say go with drinks whenever someone misspells sumthin, or something along those lines. There were a few good suggestions above.

If you are like me then you just love blowing up your good RL friends, so i would suggest that you both decide on a designated number of t1 frigs that you will set up ahead of time. No 2 ships can have the same fits on them to keep it fresh. You can pick a nice high sec system so no one will ruin your romantic evening and fleet up. jump out and have a good old slugfest with your buddy. Every time you have your shield/armor/structure depleated, get podded, reload any module, get a drone popped, have your cap depleated, or take more than 2min to get your next ship out to the fight ......... Drink. If you do not finish your drinking for dropping into armor befor you get killed you earned another drink for being too slow. I would recomend a beer pong cup full of beer for the drinks. You can obviously do this with cruisers too but i find frigs help the beer flow a lil faster. Once you are out of ships and still need to drink more i would recomend grabbing any of the previously mentioned games to continue your night.
