While its a fact Lvl 4 mission are too easy once you have a decent BS, the jump to lvl 5 is too big for many players. Im not talking about increased isk returns, i dont really care if it stays the same or not, but i would like to see some 4,5 agents in high sec just for the fun of it.

Indeed. While missions like *coughs* Massive Attack bridge the gap between lvl 3's and 4's nicely (though it should be a level 3), I agree that we could do with some harder level 4's to bridge the gap to level 5's as well. The amount of missions is very limited and once you adapt for damage types and know the triggers, you can semi afk each one of them. We need a few lvl 4's which pose a bigger challenge for a single, reasonably fitted T1 BS.

Eh... just give me something worthwhile to shoot at. It's okay if it has no bounties if it has something else nice to pick up and doesn't destroy my faction standings with the people I'm trying to live with
Like the toughest missions now are anti-empire faction missions which are declined by most players. That's the only reason they're profitable at all though, I guess.
edit: and just to remind you, there is still no divider between posts and sigs.

Agree, once you reach the point that enemies abound 5 is a wait-for-spawns annoyance things get really boring. In that respect the addition of marauders was the worst thing that ever happened to missionrunning. Not that I'm willing to park my paladin and go back to an apoc or anything... But still, would be nice to have missions that would actually challenge a high end marauder. On the other hand, the only tools available to make missions harder are more dps and more e-war, and neither makes the game more interesting. Maybe lvl 4 missions that don't allow battleships or commandships would make stuff more interesting, I sometimes miss doing missions in a fast shortrange ship.

Add to mission random real-time player fittings. These can be lolfits or very hard or interesting faction fits (where drop rate are adapted to protect the economy).
This will blow new and unique life into missions while making them challenging as well (since those ships will be able to scramble).
Of course, this should be an optional way of running missions.

The easier L5's are like level 4.5. =p Mordu's Headhunters, Sansha on the Horizon, Sansha Acquisition and Operation Wyrmslayer/Wyrmsbane are all pretty easy. Just be picky and stay away from Angels (and maybe rogue drones) at first. I can't comment on the difficulty of any of the vs. Empire missions, as we usually decline those. Of the above, the only mission with Neut towers is Sansha on the Horizon, but that one only has 24 frigates and some Sansha batteries up when you go in, so a ship with a few remote reps/shield transfers can easily keep your tank up while you kill the towers, or if you're soloing, a good passive tank should be enough.
