For now, just take for granted that every DT will include a small patch. And try to find a hotspot to do it on the cheap. They just code something crap up and let it loose on servers. Even when people give them feedback on test server about issued that need fixing before release to live server, they usually just ignore it. [Insert something funny or smart here]

I used to happily play EVE, make Skype calls and surf on Google 5 days a week for about 5 hours a day using an O2 3G dongle with 3GB of allowance and rarely used it all up. So having a 10GB allowance should prove no barrier as long as you aren't streaming copious amounts of adult material or TV programmes. Numbers of terminally stupid people seem to be on the increase, I suggest we have a real life Stupidageddon to rectify this issue.
