Maybe they found some ridicously profitable whole where you could get trillions of isk by (insert theory here) and are trying to patch it. However, being the 2nd patch means that the 1rst patch didn't worked. If the first patch didn't worked, it might be something difficult to fix and *maybe* this patch wont work either. So it's possible there's something you can do and get trillions of isk.
We could start blowing up our alts in fregthers full of megacyte on different situations to verify. Then reprocess one item of each type (moon goo included)... go test insurance payouts... put on your goon-hat and look around.. there must be some easy isk source out there.
