Best thing of all is you could target and shoot the enviroment - and have little explosions light up the middle other players screens - often causing panic. Had lots and lots of fun doing that........ 1 large pulse laser with a different crystal in each one.... There is at least one gate area with this effect in caldari or minmatar space. It's not entirely uncommon out there. Think there's at least one or two agent beacons that have this effect too.
