I'm new to Eve, but I'm surprised this is not implemented yet. One of the most common things to do after running a mission is to sell all the loot you acquired from it. This basic idea has been proposed before: http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1042998&sid=319229758
1. Select multiple items via "select all" or ctrl-clicking 2. Right click on a selected item 3. [NEW] click on the "sell" command 4. [NEW] a list[1] pops up.
[1] The list looks vaguely like a wallet history or market order list in format... a bunch of skinny rows with various columns. Each ROW contains one item type which was part of the original multiple item selection. There are at _least_ 4 COLUMNS: item type, price for selling immediately, % from regional average, and a SELL button which lets you sell that individual item type from the list.
5. [NEW] Player clicks SELL buttons to immediately sell the items he wants to sell.** 6. ???? 7. Profit!
Obviously this could be extended to include more advanced sell order functionality, but I'll settle for not having to right click and price check/sell individually on 200 FRIGGING ITEMS after a couple hours of salvaging. Let me select all and price check and sell from a list, ok?
**Or, on this list could there be a little checkbox next to each item, so if you spot something with a terrible price, you can uncheck it, then go to the bottom and press sell selected.
CCP, I hope programming this would be easier than many other proposals.

Yes please.
It would be nice to also get the mineral market values for Refine -- either in the Refine screen, or in the Sell list.

Talking with friends, I have heard speculation that CCP may hesitate to implement proposal because it would lead to spikes on database load when making many price queries at the same time. I do not agree, for the following reasons:
1. Database spikes could be controlled by limiting the number of items which may be mass sold: 20, 50, 100... anything would be a great improvement over the current system. 2. Database spikes could be controlled by having a 'wait time' between queries of 0.5 seconds or some other adjustable value. While it may take a minute to load up a list of 120 items for sale, it would still be a great improvement over the current system.
3. It's 2010, not 2003. Computer hardware has improved and presumably their backend has too. They should be able to handle a bunch of queries which are mostly going to be made anyway. Design decisions can be revisited as hardware becomes significantly more powerful, and now is the time to re-evaluate one of those decisions.
