Will this fitting run lvl 3 missions? Is the tank/dps good enough? I don't wanna plate it since I want to keep the speed. Will the range be enough to hit frigates before they can hit me? Will I be able to maintain distance on frigates?

I'm not 100% on how to fit a Nomen, but I will say this; swap the Acolytes. Swap them for either warriors or hobgoblins depnding on the rats. EM drones have the worst damage mod, which means that rat's weak to em primarily and thermal as a secondary, will take more damage from the thermal drones (as they have the highest damage mod which makes up for the hitting the higher resist). -------------------------------------------------

In my opinion, use a harbinger. 3x Heatsinks, 7xHeavy Pulses (or Heavy beams) means you'll go through missions a lot faster.
If you insist on a Navy Omen, that's an okay fit, but you'll probably have to swap out the EANM IIs for mission specific hardeners on hard L3s. Also, don't worry about frigates; your drones will take care of them.

I run a Navy Omen for many level 3 and they do OK with most. There are a few you will have problems with. My suggestion is drop the Tracking Enhancers and add more tank. At least a damage control II. You will not need the TE's for frigs unless they get too close, and I would just change direction to get a better angle and a little distance. And use Hob's also.

Note that with the Navy Omen's rate of fire bonus and the already rapid RoF on the FMPL IIs, you're going to be going through Scorch M absurdly fast. It's great if you're running level3s for standings but I wouldn't be surprised if you spent almost 50% of your income from the missions just replacing the crystals. ________________
