I patched early and did not have an issue with the boot.ini and yes that video is still funny.

CCP, as a business, should remember and learn from that experience. No business properly improves and grows without reflection on past mistakes.
Thankfully, I missed out on the boot.ini bug as I patched my client a bit later that day.

I was on Vista at the time (and I was one of the few people who supported it) so no boot.ini for me. Also if you're using XP still...........................

It's been at least a week since someone brought up T20 so I'm worried you guys are starting to become soft.

I'd upgraded to a new notebook with Vista installed a few weeks before the Boot.ini event. It was a little unsettling that day, entering Ventrilo only to wonder where everyone else was ...
