The Kairos Syndicate is a dedicated wormhole training corporation. We prepare pilots for further service in sister corporations within the Revival of the Talocan Empire alliance. We cover various lessons that address issues pilots will face while living inside wormholes. We run the corporation under a "learn by doing" mentality. The corp will do everything a normal wormhole corporation does, but its main focus will be on teaching new and old players the ins and outs of wormhole life.
Alongside normal recruitment of ensigns and lieutenants (students) we are recruiting experienced wormhole capsuleers for Vice-Admiral and Commander positions. We are also looking for experienced T3 production engineers.
-No SP requirements but must be out of trial.
-There will be a tuition. For 2.5mil SP and below it is 2.5mil per month. For 2.5mil SP and greater, itÆs 5mil per month.
-I plan on holding special ôfull-tuition scholarshipö competitions and giveaways.
-Tuition fees will be used to help fund community ships and modules as well as other projects.
-We will be living in a C2 or C3 wormhole. (Still to be decided)
-There will be 5 roles. Admiral (1), Vice-Admiral (2), Commander (6), Lieutenant, and Ensign.
-To equate these roles to schools/universities:
- Admiral=President
Vice-Admiral = Deans
Commander = Teacher
Lieutenant = Graduate student
Ensign = Undergraduate student
-Successful graduates will be approached by CEOÆs/Directors/Recruiters of the various corps within the alliance.
-We will cover (courses):
- SCANNING, SCANNING, SCANNING
D-SCAN
Running combat sites
Operating WH mining operations
Gas Harvesting
Why we do the above three

PvP
Collapsing unwanted WHÆs successfully
Identifying effects of a WH
