I find myself strongly desiring a pretty, shiny, useless ship to cruise around the cosmos. The Opux luxury yacht would be delightful but unobtainable. So, I plead to CCP to create one or more useless pretty ships of cruiser or battleship size.
Anybody agree?

Not like shuttles necessarily, something bigger. Id even pay more to have it, just something that looked awesome and luxurious.

I'll sell you a Zephyr for 10 bil. Not cruiser sized, but you can cruise around in it and hang out amongst sleepers.

How about, like, a Battleship? And you could... not fit it.
Useless. Battleship size. Costs more than a shuttle. Can cruise around in it.

Now, something like this could actually be cool...
- Expensive to build, incorporating both T1 and T2 materials (maybe T3 and other stuff too). Cost somewhere in the 1-2b area.
- Size somewhere between Battleship and an Orca, but with the manoeuvrability of a BS.
- 3 high, 3 medium, 3 low slots. 2 of the highs are weapon slots.
- Has enough powergrid to fit capital weapons and tank, but NOT the cap or ammo storage space to run them for too long.
- Maybe even a mini-siege mode, making it a decent ship for high-sec POS warfare. Not much more damage than a BS though.
- Has a specific fighter bay, with space for two fighters. Normal 75m3 drone bay.
- Could have a decent ship bay and a small corporate hangar.
- Should look awesomely cool, and I mean like Nyx cool!
What it should be is a status symbol, not very useful at anything, but unique in the abilities it has.

If it is just going to be an Epeen ship then I recommend we use some larger variant of the Thorax model. It should be battle ship sized and a little unwieldy. I would also recommend that it have only one high slot that fits a new gun that fires melted snowballs in a sporadic stream. The weapon should have no DPS, instead it should add anyone it hits to your buddies list as a +10.

I love this idea! Make them BIG, so they can hold 600m3 or so. Also how about a tech 2 variant that has a jump drive?

or we could use them as a 'clone relocation service' allow you to set your clone to be put on the ship and get transported to where ever it's destination is
