OK, so I got to goofing around with EveMon and EFT tonight, and decided to see if I could make a feasible--and disposable--alt for deep 0.0 ops. I want to keep the pilot at less than 900K SP, so I don't have to fiddle with clones.
I have the skills pretty well sorted, and got to looking at the various frigates. I need 3 high slots, and enough cargo space for at least 1, preferrably 2, shots for the cyno. I got to looking at the sig radius on the ships, and that led me think about how small I could get it to be nigh on unprobable.
Question 1: How small a sig radius would I need to get that?
Question 2: What mods/skills do I need to get to that end?
If anyone has suggestions or comments, please pipe up... I am really curious.

The problem with your train of thought is that you worry about sig radius when are you forced to stay still for several minutes while lighting up a cyno in enemy space. You are in a frig with no skills and no speed tanking abilities while standing skill, you will be killed with or without sig radius bonuses unless you can get away fast enough.
Focus on getting a mwd and warp core stabs and try to get away before somebody comes in and pops you I think.

More importantly, your cyno appears on the overview for everyone in the system, so there is no point to making the ship impossible/difficult to probe. Just fit a cloak on your frigate and stay cloaked when not generating the cyno.
