I want to sell some overseer effects, and want to know if they pay more than the free market. So how do I find their stations?

Look up the corp's info window in-game. The "Settled Systems" tab will tell you where they have stations.

Just sell to NPC buy orders. They are easy to identify by the 364 day duration (players can only have 90 day orders).

This is a great idea. However, which regions contain NPC buy orders for those items? The OP is looking for the answer to that question, and that is why he wants to know where CONCORD stations are, because those are the NPC corps that buy those items.

One more site: Wollari's maps on Dotlan, http://evemaps.dotlan.net/. Finding DED stations is left as an exercise for the reader. (Hint: It has something with the search box and typing "DED".)

Most, if not all regions have at least one DED station buying overseer's effects.
I haven't found a way to quickly determine if a specific NPC station 18 jumps away in my region is closer than a station in one of the bordering regions. If there is a way or tool to do so, I'd appreciate a link. Untill now I found it much less of a hassle to just fly to the inregion one and do something else while flying there.
