this is an all around great toon for both production and PVP which you can see at the following link.
linkage
highlights:
 Almost near PERFECT shield skills.
the ability to use large hybrids for a fleet sniper ROKH.
MAXED out refining skills.
mining forman 5
MAXED out learning skills
can build any t2 ship minus t2 battleships. only needs battleship con to 4.
7 mil science skills, great for invention. can reverse engineer t3 ships.
military connection, political connection and negotiation 5.
near carrier/dread pilot, needs industrial capital ships for the rorq.
can fly recons, bombers, transport ships, orca's and freighters.
all caldari subsystems, minus 1, are trained to lvl 5.
great market char as well
god so many more points to be made.
SKILLS
im wanting 14bil, or an amarr/gal pvp carrier pilot. either one works. fighters to 5 would be a HUGE bonus. will take less skill points but will require isk compensation for sp lost.

This character is hated all over the game for scamming and theft. If you buy this character, you will fail. He recently scammed a bunch of ppl in scalding pass and got his corp kicked from primary. This character isn't worth more than 1mil isk.

Character is a good buy if you dont like having ppl on your side and if you can stand the stink leftover in it's pod from the current owner.
On the other hand... this character comes with

As an interested buyer, can you confirm for me that this toon was never involved with any ingames scams and actions which make buying this toon and the associated name a potential risk for me as a buyer? Can you provide the names of any alliance leadership/CEO's that this toon may have flown with for me to check references? I would be happy to post alliance leadership references for you?

Is this another of your alts..
You ar looking for a Gallente PVPer, yet the skillsheet you linked has Gallente Skills..
what's up with that?

Open message to potential bidders and CCP
While I get it that this is a game and players can choose to play that game the way they want as long as they stay within the agreement of setting up an account. As a paying player it is also our right of post anywhere we can to make sure others can enjoy the game and not get scammed.
This guy is a serious scammer and buying the tune will be a bad decision for any unsuspecting purchaser.
Deleting this post means you (CCP) accepts scammers in game and will actually help them get away with it.
Buyer beware on this one.
