Today I did some ninjaratting in 0.0 and noticed that the spawn quality somehow wasnt as great as I had in mind of 0.0 I flew through several systems in Geminate where were territorial claim units. My question is, do the belt rats decrease in quality if there is an unupgraded claim unit in the system? Or do the claim units affect only things like complexes and anomalies?
I found it weird that in half of the belts weren't even spawns and the region I was in was very silent, barely a couple of jumps according to star map.
Also, how much does the truesec status affect belt rats? Maybe I just had bad luck or flew through bad truesec?

In all except 4 regions, true sec has a huge effect on number of belt rats. Presence/absence of a TCU has no effect on belt rats.

What would be a decent truesec value then? I think I was in systems around -0,3/-0,5

of course the lower the better but at least -.50 is nice for reliable 2-3x high bounty bs spawns
