Character has good sec status, good rep, positive wallet. Set of plus 4 implants. Character is in an NPC corp
Character has perfect mining skills. Can fly orca and use mining director implants. Can fly freighter and transport ships.
Character has production efficiency 5 and capital ship construction 5. (can build caps including titans) As well as a ton of other skills at 5.
No wasted Sps.
Character actually has a decent name and photo ;p

Actually the character is extremely focused. After mining and mining director skills were maxed this character trained for capital construction. The minimal amount of shield/combat skills are to be able to perma-tank an exhumer against 0.0 rats and are needed for a 0.0 mining character. This character wasnt just bred for the basic mining skillset, but also has the additional skills trained to actually be able to go out and 0.0 solo/corp mine day one because it was actually used as a mining director and played.
I am willing to talk in game. However, this character is extremely competitively priced for its skills and reaching my price goals is very attainable.

Adding a response on a different account by the same person does not make it true.
Perhaps he was looking for a hulk or orca or cap builder, not like you can fly a hulk and Orca at the same time.
