I am selling this toon, He's a near perfect in learning skills and great base skills to lvl 5. Cybernetics is trained to +5 as well.

You are asking over 900M pr 1 mill skillpoint. Normal is 200, 3 - 400 if character has something VERY special.... But good luck

While I agree the isk/sp is rather steep, I think this char is at least a little bit special.
So I'l give you an 1.5bil bid or a free bump.
Hope you'l get the price you want.
