Is Bacon-1.0.0.4 still on for download?

You will not find that anywhere for download I suspect as the game was changed to make bacon no longer work and has been declared against the rules, so naughty naughty

Yes it probably is and I beleive it gets used by people sitting in Jita to create those annoying, repetitive psy-trance tracks that end up on numerous EVE videos. 
The bottom line is that I have found these annoying signatures are actually quite funny. |

Even if Bacon were available through some archaic cache somewhere, it wouldn't do you any good, as CCP long ago made changes that rendered it useless and ineffective.
That being said, like any good gang of criminals, there are always alternatives if one knows where to look and of whom to ask.
Think about who created Bacon.
Now think, just for a moment, if their adversaries would allow such a thing without a commensurate equal. of course not.
Now also, consider that the original authors were thwarted.
Do you think that others would not have taken up the cause and corrected any defeciencies?
Further, do you not think that they are now keeping these things a bit better hidden, so that they will continue to work for as long as possible?
Don't expect to find them easily. That's how things get nerfed, you see.
Do your homework. Learn who to ask.
