Well seems like no one from CCP noticed the misstake in the news for a few days :P
It says http://myeve.eve-online.commb/news.asp?nid=629
And like everone notices it missing a /
so the correct link for the optional patch read more is http://myeve.eve-online.com/mb/news.asp?nid=629
Or the direct link for the patch file http://patch.eve-online.com/evepatch2942-2945.exe
