I am new to the game - but I have another player who is harrasing me and making playing the game difficult. I am working out of a group of systems around Algasienan. It is a group of high sec systems surrounded by a low sec areas. Anyway - I wanted to hire a corp to harrash and punish this guy who being a nuicence. I am not sure they steps in doing this correctly - but if anyone is interested please let me know. I am working to pay some substancial isk to make this problem go away.

Yeah, I'm one of the accused and probably the more serious offender.
Here's the "other side's" background.
Bakoa's alt, Hawker11 appeared to be a macro miner. I have a particular distaste for such things since I, at one point, had a mining character a few years ago. So we engaged in the usual obnoxious actions, talking in ALL CAPS in local, occasional ship bumping, a idle threat to suicide gank, etc. I think we upset Mister Bakoa, the srs bsns player here and he is now asking for assistance. I'm pretty sure making the macro mining a public matter has stopped that activity though so, my objectives are met for the moment.

Visit the "Merc Contracts" channel in-game to find a merc corp, but I'm not sure how many will be interested in small target sizes.

If you cant be bothered talking to a bunch of sweaty mercs who are in it just for the isk, talk to me in game and we can discuss your problem and come up with a more permanent solution to suite your budget.

Fine, fine, I'll summarize for you fine people. A member of the aforementioned merc corp private convo'ed me yesterday and relayed Bakoa/Hawker11's demands. They were rather vague, but boiled down to "Stop calling me a bot miner in local." -AND- "Leave me alone."
Suffice to say, since we haven't really done anything to him, the "Leave me alone." part I interperted as "Don't talk to me." Since I had no idea AdmiralJohn here would be amused by a wardec, I decided to agree to those terms and sent an EVEmail to that effect to Bakoa. The mercs, hopefully, earned some easy ISK for the few minutes of chatter in private convo. On a side note, Peturabo and his friends in Schindlers Ignore List are a pretty decent corp. CONTRACT THEM TODAY BECAUSE THEY'RE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO! CHECK THEIR KILLBOARD FOR MORE INFORMATION!
Fast forward to now: I am now using ALL CAPS in local to chatter with other people and since that seems to annoy Bakoa/Hawker11, some of you merc folks may want to approach him to get some easy ISK. He's probably interested in hiring someone out so EVEmail rgiht away!
Also, since I am now aware my CEO welcomes war, I'm back to making allusions to his previous macro mining activities, which may further fuel his desire to become a customer to yet another merc corp.
Oh, and one last thing, if anyone's interested in suicide ganking a retriever or two, contact AdmiralJohn or me. I'm pretty sure, since I looted his wreck yesterday when he got popped in a belt, that Bakoa fits T2 strips on his ships and shield tanks it with a small booster so your costs would be offset reasonably by potential drops and your service fees.

One last thing for the merc types! If you do get a contract from Bakoa, shoot me an EVEmail. I'll drop a jetcan someplace so you can get a legal ship kill on me or fly to lowsec for you to pop my boat. If you need a podkill that's fine too, but I'd like you to at least cover the costs for my replacement clone. Since I'm not rolling around with megabuck implants, I'd be more than happy to accomadate anyone who's looking for a few ISKies to line their wallet.

Those of you who find the drama amusing may be interested in knowing that Bakoa's myrm was spotted in Gaha the other day. It seems he's mostly abandoned the area mentioned in the OP. Sorry to all the mercs who didn't get the easy ISK for your services.

Bakoa / Hawker11 was once again sighted in the OP system. Hawker11 was mining briefly in obvious macro mode, but vacated with his main in shuttles for elsewhere. Not before asking us to "have fun out here fracking each other"
We have a confirmed Battlestar Galactia fan on our hands, people. One who believes that the use of fake profanity makes him sound cool! Mercs, please contact him today so that I learn my lesson and don't use all caps in local when his bots are around ever again!
