What ships can use the cloak and move fast ?
Only the Interceptors eg: Crow ?
Any Advice appreciated

they covert ops frigs are another option 300m/s cloaked

A Prototype Cloaking Device lowers your speed by 90%, so with those not much will go fast. 30 second recalibration time (24 with cloaking 4)
An Improved Cloaking Device lowers your speed by 75%, so you could keep up a decent speed in an interceptor, and maybe a Rifter I guess. 20 second recalibration time (16 with cloaking 4)
A Covert Ops Cloaking Device doesn't touch your speed at all, but can only go on a Covert Ops ship. The Minmatar one, the Cheetah, is 350m/s base speed, the others are between 210 to 270m/s I think. They can also warp while cloaked, and you only get an 10 second base sensor recalibration time (8 seconds with cloaking 4)
