Hay Bud,
I reckon he is worth around 8 bill. Pushing for 9.
Reason being...
Carrier skills, bonus!
Strong(ish) Drone skills compliment the carrier skills but not overly strong
Strong Engineering / Electronics
Good gunnary Skills
Cyber V
However, what doesn't help is.
Armor comps aren't V
T2 ship skills aren't V (this is what people pay their extra-dollah for)
Being a Pie is a BIG negative. In a carrier RR fleet you'll get moaned at (hugely) for always making people loose sec to keep you alive. Plus it means you flag.
As such, it'll balance out to 8, or so, bill.
Just out of interest, what do you think he is worth?
