(I am posting this bug here because the bug reporting system gives me a "Please Wait" message and is thus unavailable.)
Description: The warp capacitor calculations seem to be messed up. For example, going from point A to point B can have different requirements than going from point B to point A.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Alentene, Planet 5, Moon 4, Duvolle Labs
2. Buy a shuttle
3. Try to warp to Alenia star gate (takes two warps)
4. After arriving at Alenia star gate try to warp back to Duvolle Labs (where you just came from) takes one warp.
Expected Behaviour: obviously the capacitor requirements for going between the two points (Duvolle Labs and Alenia star gate) should be the same no matter which direction you are going. Having to do the warp twice in one direction and once in the other indicates something is wrong.

After u buy a ship and undock, the cap is not full yet, even the cap indicator show the contrary. Try buy the shuttle again, undock and wait a few seconds before warp to the cap gets full.

Although my step-by-step includes a "buy a shuttle" instruction in my testing I used a shuttle I keep at the station so it was fully charged when it left.
I should also mention the bug occurs with any other ship. I first noticed when I left the station in an industrial and headed for Alenia something I do all the time. When I had to a double warp to get to the Alenia gate it was like wtf???
