That is too low. If you want to make it a bid instead of a BO I will honor it when the auction ends in a bit over 24 hours.
These are the costs that went into this account:
6 Months Plex = 1.6bisk
$20 Transfer Fee = 317m in plex value
Implants & Skills ~ 200m
Total Expenses to train this pilot ~ 2.1b & 6 months of time
If a 400m ISK profit is all I end up with I'll honor the deal but it is worth more than that. If you want to make the same account it will take you 6 months and 2.1b so you're spending only a small premium to have perfect mining boosts immediately instead of 6 months from now. You'll easily make 400m more in 6 months of mining ops.

Thank you but I've decided for this auction not to accept any BO offers below my 3.5B asking price. If this was a longer term auction I might consider other offers but since it only has 27 hours remaining anybody who wishes to offer less than 3.5B would be better off making a bid.
Any bid that meets the 2.5B reserve price will be honored when the auction ends in 27 hours so if you're willing to offer 2.7B now you can save yourself 200m and get the character with 2.5B tommorow. You won't mine 200m extra ore in 1 day :)
