Player corporation I will be joining has Faction A standings of 7+. My personal Faction A standings is 0.
I will be raising my personal corporation standing towards NPC research corporation required for lvl 4 R&D agents. The questions I have are:
1)Do I have to have personal Faction A standings in order to use that lvl 4 agent?
2)If I do not have to have personal Faction A standings (cause of my corporationĘs standings), what will happen when I start research with R&D agent and my player corporationĘs standings drop to Faction A below 6? Can the research job established be continued in this case?

Let me use a very specific example here: You and the research agent Ya Alhunaya, who according to Eve-Agents is the best hi-sec research agent in the game. Ya Alhunaya is L4 Q18 and works for Ishukone Corporation, which is a member of the Caldari State. So, in order to for Sloik to use Ya Alhunaya, you will need either of the following two situations:
1) Sloik personally has 6.9 or higher standings with Ishukone Corporation
2) Sloik personally has 6.9 or higher standings with the Caldari State and also has 4.9 or higher standing with Ishukone Corporation.
The standings of the corp you're going to be joining don't help you at all in this case. It's standing between you and the appropriate entities that matter.
