Public Freighter Service offered
The contracts must be made out to Kador Systems as a private courier contract, and the
Courier should not exceed 350k m3 and is Maximum size that is accepted,
the cost per trip is 1M pickup fee + 425k per jump. Same-system trips cost 1,425,000 (same as a 1 jump trip)
- Expiration and Delivery time should be 14 days (there will be mulitple jumps weekly and should not take any more then a day or two).
- No containers in the contract. This is critical for neutral freighter pilots.
We have the following freighters available: Charon,Providence
Maximum collateral: 250million ISK (if you need more collateral, split goods into multiple contracts)
Correct reward, (tips are allowed, but will not guarantee a speedier delivery time)
Most rigged ships can now be moved with a freighter, inside a courier contract. The unpackaged volume of the ship has to be 860,000m3 or less.
List of rigged ships that can be transported in courier packages unpackaged (list is not exhaustive)

I like the idea and the professionally written text, but how is it that your going to save customers ISK, how is it that you excel over the other standards we have already come to really on?
What is it that's new and extraordinary?

Redfrog is 450 with a 1mil pickup we are 425 with a 1mil pick up push x has a gate multiplier ...the reason for a limit is we can do more but if you get several contracts going the same place it means they will actualy fit if there is someone that wants to fill are entire cargo hold we will do that as well

I already consider Push's 5b max. collateral as insufficient for my operations, but 250m? If i consider a 450k/jump or JF service, i certainly want to move at least 1-3b and splitting this in 4-12 contracts is "problematic".
The other problem i would have are the "14 days" contract time, no serious industrial can afford to have some good's sitting 14 days somewhere, heck i wont even use a service with 3 days. I normally want my stuff moved in 1 day or less and i'm willing to pay a premium for it.
I regularly use push and that's what i find very usefully, the only reason i would change to a other service, is if i could get a cheaper high collateral transport service.

as it states under the 14 days there will be several jumps a week usually 1-2 days i have this in there so if we were for some unknown reason ever to be wardeced we still have time to hire mercs to handle the situation or act as security so your goods that need transporting are safe and secure and delivered in a timely fashion |

Biggest issue I would have is the 250mil collateral, that cuts out majority of the uses I have for freighter services. In fact I can't think of any large volume goods I transport that would be worth using yours at that price point.
It's not unheard of me to get freighter to move less than 100k worth of goods which range in the 1bil isk area. I would have to break the package down several times to cover the collateral based on your prices and make multiple contracts which would start rising up in value quite quickly. And before you know it your competitors are cheaper by a significant margin. In that area it would be far cheaper for me to go with Redfrog and setup 1 contract, than 4 with yours.
This is just constructive critisism, I do wish you luck. Most people have already pointed out what they want changed, and I would agree, I just wanted to empesis my biggest reason would be to not use the service in it's current form.

reason for the 250mil limit is as a newer Freighter service we do not currently have the isk to compete with the larger more established corporations and as we get more and more contracts and become more established as a house hold name that price will increase to competitive levels....i will change the m3 limit to coincide with the size of our ships and for a limited time only going to have a promotional price of 375,000 ISK gate fee 1mil isk pick up Same-system trips cost 1,375,000 (same as a 1 jump trip) |
