This Lottery is brought to you by Kain Rehel and secure by Grendell. This is my 8th Lottery. My previous lottery's can be seen here:

UP FOR GRABS THIS TIME IS A Chimera Carrier with Caldari Carrier skill book and Capital ships skill book.
Prize Value is approx. 1.5 billion isk.
As before I'm going to use be using Chribba's Dice-API tool(Grendell will be). Its a tool that picks a random number before the lottery starts and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can see this number until it is unlocked). Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prizes aswell as pick the winning number, which can be see here.(waiting for link)
* This lottery will consist of 1000 tickets.
* Lottery date is set a maximum 48 hours after 90% (900 tickets) of the tickets are purchased.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 2mil isk each, once isk is confirmed received, forum will be updated with your numbers here as well as on the webstie when possible. And as a promotion this time, FOR EVERY 10 TICKETS BOUGHT GET 1 FREE.
* Ticket Numbers given are based when isk is received. For example if you are the very first to send isk for 10tickets. You will get number 1 to 10 and so on. If you don't want your number bunched together send a little now and more later.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 in multiples of 2mil with the reason field of Lotto49-8.
*** PLEASE ***For up to date information about the current lottery or futur lottery's, please add yourself to lotto-49 mailing list in game. Alot of people didn't get the winner announcement mail of the last lottery because they weren't on the list.

quick question.
are we allowed to switch the Caldari Carrier and the Carrier itself to Gallente Carrier and the Thanatos? or the appropriate isk value of such?
I don't have any alts thats ready for a chimera =(

Unfortunatly no. These prizes are already purchased and held by my 3rd party secure Grendell to avoid any possibility of scams and such. But I can tell u that, more than half the winners of my past lottery's cannot fly or use the prizes they win. My advice is to sell them a few mil cheaper than the cheapest on the market and they will sell in a day max. Then buy whatever you want :)
