Pretty sure you can't do anything out of game with the people and places, so he must mean the IGB bookmarks.
If so, I'd love to see one too. The organization is horrible. I do love the new IGB, but it's hard to keep track of bookmarks without folders. You can't even rename them with categories in front or something and sort by name, you can't even sort them at all!
I've found the text containing the bookmark data (See this) but I have no idea how to work with that. It seems clear to that one guy, and I can see a few things (URL and Short Name are easy to see) but I can't make heads or tails of the rest.
I'd be nice to have either a tool that would work with this file to allow you to sort/rename/categorize links, or a page you could set your browser homepage to that would use your name (via trusted sites) to manage all your bookmarks for you, kinda like a google bookmarks made for eve.

I export my bookmarks from my main browser and set the html output as the homepage in the IGB, I have the file on my nas, but there isn't any reaso why you can't place it anywhere on your hard drive and use that as your homepage (file:///C:/bookmarks.html for example).
The only problem with this is that you'll need to manage your in-game bookmarks out of game. But it works well for me.

Could you use something like del.ico.us? So your links serve as a sort of homepage and you could add to them in and out of game? |

Bumping this because it would still be awesome to see a tool and/or site designed to organize eve bookmarks for the IGB, instead of having to patch together our own support from text files, html output, or del.icio.us (I'm still toying with all 3 trying to find what system works best for me)

Bumping this again, I'm at a little over two dozen bookmarks and it's starting to get difficult to find stuff. Anyone seen or made a tool to help yet?
