So, I just logged on and all my items in the station I'm docked at are gone.
Just my assests I had in the station. Still have all my ships, isk, etc..
Did Ammatar Fleet forgot to pay thier sov. bill. So, CCP repo. my stuff and not give it back until they get thier isk?
Obviously not a hacked account.
Yes, I already filed a petition. Just getting some feedback to see if anyone else having this problem.
Can I have my stuff back. PLEASE!

Change your password to be safe.
Check your wallet history. If you see nothing suspicious there, give anyone who's had access to your computer a good whack for trashing your stuff.

my stuffs just gone. could have possibly stopped a hack in the process? really, doubt it though. I run bot chks more than you look at ****. LOL

Ok, now I feel really stupid. I just remembered I rented an office and moved my items to corp. hangar. Yes, I believe I was intoxicated at the time of doing that.

Welcome to the club, my good man.
For future reference and from personal experience, combining EVE and alcohol will often have one or more of the following symptoms:
Missing items
Low sec status
Large amounts of Rifters
Large amounts of Exotic Dancers
Missing implants and hardwirings
Missing SP
A collection of strip miners and mining crystals
and/or Morphite.

If your account was hacked, there's a few non-obvious means of getting your stuff off.
1. In-station trade. Unless isk is traded there's no reference anywhere for you to check.
2. Throw stuff into a hauler you had parked in the station, undock and jet it at a predetermined safespot for another character to pick up later. Dock back up and get back into whatever ship was originally being piloted at the time.
3. If the player is in a corp, and a corpmate was responsible for the hacking, and they have the appropriate roles, they can simply dump it into another character in the corp's hangar - using a corp office's hangar in the station as a proxy if necessary.
Anyway, all three of these are still perfectly traceable by the men in black to my knowledge, so if your account was indeed hacked, I hope for your sake things get resolved soon.
Otherwise, if you trashed the stuff somehow (sleeptrashing, drunken trashing, blind trashing binge, etc), lol@choo. :3
