It is important to my client that the pilot has no bad reputation following it. It is also important that the pilot is capable of not just sitting in a titan but also flying it - but pilots nearly there can come into consideration. The budget for a not-yet-fully trained titan pilot is in the range of 6-10 billion, depending on how close the pilot is to being able to fly a titan. The budget for a fully trained titan pilot is obviously 6 bill higher, maybe more. Negotiations can take place, of course. My client is looking for a pilot which is not versed in a billion other ships. Not a 70-90 mill SP character, but something more streamlined, at about 20-25 mill SP without the titan skillbook. Your character shows the training pattern of a character which has been used as an allround character, which means he is of greater use to another buyer. If you want him to be a "soon capital pilot" then you will want to train his jumpskills and all the related capital skills to increase the value and the amount of interested buyers. I seriously doubt that too many people would train that vertically for the purpose of selling so low. It would be a wasted venture I would think. I have trained characters for the last 2 years for the character bazaar market, so I know exactly how long it takes. The reason I am looking for a pilot on behalf of my client are two: I know the market better than my client and I am on a different timezone. At this point it is to a large part buyers market.
