Very often bulk manufacturers/traders has a problem û how to tell potential buyers about ships/goods/minerals/your option they have in stock
For now you have few options:
1.Post a message in EVE Forums. Look in MD, Sell Orders, Buy Orders etc forums. Hundreds of posts everyday and no guaranty that your post about selling t2 ships at ôextra cheapô terms will be seen by others
2.Send message to in game Mailing List (Best regards to Bulk trade )it`s very good source, but it has some disadvantages - you have to be in game to see them and they are not categorized
3.Try to sell goods on market û you`ll need a lot of patience and time. Good luck with fighting in 0.01 isk wars 
So, I thought, it would be nice to have site with classified ads where everyone could left their WTS, WTA, WTB and service offers, chats and forums, where they could discuss them, may be some other functions û I`d like to know which one you want to see
I can create such site actually, but before that I`d like to hear your opinion û is there need for it? What things should be there?

Yeah, this is a great idea!
I can't believe that no one has created a category on their forum just for price checks, want to sell, want to buy, and so on. Truly, your idea is revolutionary.
I mean, it's not like the EVE forums have exactly what you're contemplating, right?

It's not a bad idea, the eve-o sell forum especially is really quite dire with everything from titans to T2 build component BPOs to freight services all posting willy nilly.
Give that some structure and you're on to something... your problem though will be a question of getting people to adopt your site, you'd have to do PR and keep it maintained up to a high standard - the logistics wouldn't be easy - and even then it will take months before it starts taking of even if it is a success which is far from a certainty through any of the countless variables that might conspire to scupper the project.

I had a similar idea after looking at the volume of offers available in the various trade channels, the forum and on contracts.
I thought, wouldn't it be a great if that information is presented in a sensible manner that you can search by seller, item or price range.
I gave up on the idea because of the amount of work it involved :)
