Im trying to learn how to be a trader but what skills / is a must have to V , for now im just trading modules / ammo to get a hang of things. oh yeah i will be making ships/modules/ammo aswell to sell.

"Must have" none, but basically all the skills in the Trade category are useful. There are only 13 of 'm, so just get them all.

Read a bit about the margin trading skill: it can actually hurt you if you are not careful and fail your margin calls. Although most of the pros say it is essential for efficient use of capital.
I did read where someone pointed out that level 5 of the skill that would allow you to place region wide orders from anywhere is pretty worthless: how is a region wide order from station A preferred over one from B?

Broker fees are determined by your standing towards the corporation and faction owning the station. If A is a Minmatar station in an Amarr region and B an Amarr station in the same region, I'd be saving more than one percent of the total order value in broker fees.

Cypher, it also depends on what type of trading you wish to take part in. If it is station trading - might want to work on reducing tax and increasing orders. If it is regional, might want to work on skills that allow you to manage that effectively and efficiently from a distance.

Lord i think i will be trading both Station / regional and i will also be making stuff like frigs / ammo / moduls T1 for now.

Daytrading Level V in the item database even suggest that this is not the ideal one to get.
Now Marketing Level V... that will help. I have a few regions I trade in that have player outpost 22+ jumps. I have stuff I bought at a regional buy and can not sell unless I go 2 more jumps in to place the remote sell order.... I might actually do this to Level V.
