I've been living in Sansha space for a while now and have been wondering about whether I could earn isk faster doing anoms/plexes with a different ship. Currently I use an ishtar or drake for anomalies, but I feel like I should be able to complete them faster. I have no problems tanking Sanctums, but ishtar feels a little slow.
I know that there have been plenty of topics about sansha anoms/plexes, but the OPs always place race restrictions. I can fly any subcap ship, and use any T2 weapons, so I was wondering which ship would be the most efficient to complete anomalies/plexes in. I've heard good things about the apoc and paladin, but I don't really have the isk to buy lots of ships to try out, so I'd like some opinions. |

Edited by: NotHereMoveAlong on 15/03/2010 19:33:53 If you want to do them quickly go with a Nightmare since it has a nice dps good tank and it looks sexy ;) Paladin is also cool. Just aim at a laser ship with around 1k dps and you will be really happy.
I also did blood (almost the same tbh as sansha) plexes and escalation in a ab fitted zealot. For plexes probably wont be as good solo but still great dps ship with Imperial Navy Multi ;)
If you want to go with a t1 amarr bs go with the geddon since it is better dps wise then an apoc :)
Just remember amarr ftw for sansha//blood killing :)

Thanks for the advice! :D The apoc does have lower dps, but is much better at maintaining the tank necessary for anoms/plexes. I occasionally use a geddon to rat, but it's not cap stable. How do you fit enough tank on a geddon without dps falling through the floor?

Cap stable fits for both ships will end up at about 500dps with scorch and 700 tank vs sansha, but apoc will have more range. Those numbers are enough for sansha sanctum (hardest anom), but you might need to rewarp if you get alot of tyrant BSes in the first spawn, lord/dark lords however do alot less dps.

Apoc t2 megapulses with scorch 3xccc 2xem 2xthermal hard faction lar rest hs, tracking computer and cap rechargers in meds. Warp at optimal should be around 70km with range script. Its melting enough of the big tyrant spawns in sanctums to tank it before you can drop below 60% armor. |
